Production & Delivery

All CYCMOTOR dealerships operate within the same production and delivery schedule. Please allow 2–6 weeks for your X1 Pro Gen 4 Kit to be manufactured, prepared, and delivered.

Please note that batteries are shipped separately and typically have a delivery timeframe of 1–4 weeks. As a result, your kit and battery may arrive on different dates.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.

Refund Policy
